Please note that all international sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

Exchanges

We offer free shipping both ways on domestic exchanges in the USA within 30 days of the purchase date. You will receive a prepaid shipping label. Your new items will be sent once we receive a scan that the shipping label provided to you is on the way back to us. This typically occurs within 24 hours of dropping your package off with the carrier.

If you need to request an exchange, please send your inquiry with your order number included to service@drumspots.com.

Returns

Drum Spots accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns are only accepted if the item is unworn and is in "as-sold" condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes, unwashed, unworn & free of odor. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items not received under these terms will be returned at purchaser's expense or discarded, at purchaser's option.

You will receive a prepaid shipping label for returning your item. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $7 per order which will be deducted from your refund.

Processing time for returns is typically about 5-7 days once we receive the item(s).

Exceptions / non-returnable items

THERE ARE NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES ON DRUM SPOTS PLAYING CARDS, STICKERS OR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS UNLESS THE ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS.

UNFORTUNATLY, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON GIFT CARDS.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS.
